Terms of service

Last updated 17 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of UX Collective (uxcollective.io), run by Mika de Bruijn in the Netherlands (“we”). By using the website or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

UX Collective is a free, hand-picked library of website designs. Everyone can browse part of the collection; with a free account you can unlock all sites, save and rate them, organise them into collections, suggest sites and receive updates. We may change, limit or stop features at any time, and we do not promise that the site is always available or free of errors.

Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • Give correct information and keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us if you think someone else has access.
  • You can sign up with an email address and password or with Google.
  • You can delete your account at any time under Account → Profile. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.

How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Please use UX Collective for what it is made for: finding and organising inspiration. You agree not to:

  • copy the collection in bulk, for example with scrapers or bots, or republish it as your own collection;
  • get around the limits for visitors without an account, or use someone else’s account;
  • disturb or overload the site, probe it for weaknesses or interfere with other people’s use;
  • upload or suggest anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

Your content

Collections, notes, ratings and site suggestions are yours. You give us the right to store and show them as part of the service, for example to you and, for a shared collection, to everyone with its link. We may decline site suggestions without giving a reason, and we may remove content that breaks these terms.

Our content and other people’s work

The selection, texts, tags and design of UX Collective are ours. The websites shown, with their screenshots, logos, names, colours and fonts, belong to their respective owners and are shown to give design inspiration and as part of a review. Showing a site does not mean it endorses us or we endorse it.

If you own a site or an image shown here and want it changed or removed, email info@uxcollective.io and we will look at it promptly.

Links lead to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

AI assistants (MCP)

Connecting an AI assistant to UX Collective is invite-only and gives that app read-only access to the collection on your behalf. You are responsible for the app you connect and for how it uses what it receives. Do not use it to copy the collection in bulk. You can disconnect an app under Account → AI assistants, and we may switch access off for an account at any time. An assistant can make mistakes; check anything important on the site itself.

Liability

UX Collective is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, or for loss caused by downtime, errors or content on third-party websites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, for example for intent or gross negligence, or the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and, for accounts, let you know on the site or by email. Using the site after a change means you accept it.

Dutch law applies, and disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.
